Rosh Hashanah Update:
Dear Friends,
The Beth Shalom Board of Directors is sad to announce that Rabbi Arnie has covid. For the health and safety of all our members and guests, we are cancelling in-person services. However, we will be celebrating Rosh Hashanah with online Zoom services at the originally scheduled times. Rabbi Arnie will conduct services online via Zoom from his home in Troy, Michigan.
For those wishing to gather and reflect on the holiday, we WILL have a Tashlich service at the side of the synagogue at 12:30 with lunch following at Minerva’s at the Park Hotel. To confirm a lunch number please RSVP to Terry if you plan to come for lunch: terry.tarnow@gmail.com or call/text 231-499-7012
Our entire congregation wishes to extend our prayers for Rabbi Arnie’s speedy recovery. We wish you and your loved ones L’Shana Tova. We plan to offer Yom Kippur services in-person unless conditions change.
The deadline for reservations for break-the-fast is Monday, Sept 18. Please contact Terry at terry.tarnow@gmail.com or call/text 231-499-7012.
